Luvit.ai Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Luvit.ai ("Company", "we", "our") provides a cloud cost optimization and load scenario simulation platform ("Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luvit.ai platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through luvit.ai.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

3. Service Description

Luvit.ai provides tools and services for:

• Cloud infrastructure cost optimization
• Load scenario simulation
• Predictive cloud spending analysis
• Architecture and sizing recommendations

4. Privacy and Data Protection

4.1. We are committed to maintaining the strictest confidentiality of all data provided by our customers, including but not limited to:

• Cloud service provider invoices
• Model binaries
• Testing and load data
• Configuration and architecture information

4.2. Specifically, we commit to:

• Not reselling any customer information
• Not sharing data with third parties without express authorization
• Not using the data to train artificial intelligence models
• Implementing robust security measures to protect information

5. Pricing and Payments

5.1. All prices are set in United States Dollars (USD).

5.2. Payments will be processed at the exchange rate in effect on the day the transaction is made.

5.3. Invoices will be generated monthly and must be paid within 30 days of issuance.

5.4. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of their access credentials
• Use the service in an ethical and legal manner
• Immediately notify any unauthorized use of their account

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

7.2. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7.3. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

8.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

8.2. Upon service termination, the customer will have 30 days to extract their data.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

9.1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.

9.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

10. Modifications to Terms

10.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time.

10.2. Substantial changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
